"The Way You Are" é uma canção romântica de 1986 gravada pelos suecos Agnetha Fältskog, ex-cantora do lendário grupo ABBA e Ola Håkansson, vocalista da banda Secret Service que é dona de grandes sucessos como a dançante "Oh Susie" de 1979 e "Cry Softly" de 1982, esta que fez parte da trilha sonora internacional da novela global "Elas Por Elas". A música foi usada para promover a cidade de Falun, na Suécia, como candidata à sede dos Jogos Olímpicos de Inverno de 1992. Falun não foi selecionada, mas o dueto teve um grande êxito e ganhou o compacto de ouro na Suécia.
